Woodland Park Residency &
Community Through Song Concert

Columbine Elementary School, Woodland Park

This more than 20 year tradition features all three Woodland Park School District elementary schools and the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale in a half-day residency and community concert.

Prelude (Grades 3-6)
Prelude caters to young singers in grades 3 to 6, offering a nurturing and supportive environment for children to develop their vocal skills and musical abilities. Participants in this level will be introduced to the fundamentals of choral singing and performance, setting the foundation for their musical journey.

Crescendo (Grades 6-12)
Crescendo encompasses students in grades 6 to 12 and provides them with a more advanced curriculum to challenge their musicality and encourage their artistic growth. Members of Crescendo have the opportunity to refine their vocal techniques, expand their repertoire, and experience more sophisticated choral literature.

Pinnacle (Grades 9-Age 21)
Pinnacle represents the highest level of the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale, comprising singers in grades 9 through age 21. This elite ensemble offers experienced singers the chance to engage in advanced level training, tackle complex musical works, and showcase their talents in a wide range of prestigious performances.
